Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using SerpObserver ("the Service") operated by SerpObserver Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company and are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

SerpObserver is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides keyword rank tracking, SERP analysis, competitor monitoring, and SEO reporting tools specifically designed for Indian search engines and markets.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to immediately notify us at support@serpobserver.io of any unauthorised use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service.

SerpObserver offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at prevailing rates.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond your plan's API limits
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SerpObserver Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Search engine ranking data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of ranking data, and actual rankings may vary across data centres, devices, and user locations.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@serpobserver.io.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations for a period of 30 days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
